Oh, it’s been a while since I gave you some cool stuff, so here you go. It’s Sunday, you worked hard this last week, you deserve it.
I’m loving this blog. I like cake, we recently made one of our own to celebrate the birthday of Paul Bloomfield. The Paul’s Boutique logo inspired us.
Anyway, I digress. This was the blog I was on about; Cake Wrecks
Something a little inspiring now. I downloaded this a few weeks ago, but it’s an eBook to accompany the Seth Godin book, Poke The Box. It’s called No Idling and it’s definitely encouraging me to do more of the stuff I’ve been planning (oh I’m so vague). There are 30 stories from different people about how they have overcome their fears, apathy, resistance to achieve. It sounds a little corny, but it’s actual quite practical.
And we’ve not had any adorable anthropomorphism for a while, so here are some seal pups kissing after they’ve been released in to the wild.
It’s been a while, so I’m going to chuck this is as a bonus. It’s my new blog addition. It’s funny, touching, creative and life affirming. PostSecret is an ongoing community art project where people mail in their secrets anonymously on one side of a homemade postcard. It reminds me of all that is beautiful about the internet.
I haven’t figured out how to read old posts on the site, but if you subscribe by RSS reader (Google reader is my reader of choice) then you can go back and look at all the old ones.
