Now I’m heading in to week two, I thought I should give you a little update about how I’m getting on.
I’m 5lb down in terms of weight loss and my body fat is down too, according to my dubious bathroom scales.
I had my first cheat meal, and I probably had too much, but I got right back on the programme the following day.
This week we have to earn our carbs, which means we’re only allowed carbs if we work out. And I’m talking a portion of carbs, like a banana or a fist sized portion of brown rice, not a pizza!
