#JoRuns : 6km, 43 mins 08 seconds, treadmill

Last Thursday’s results. I’ve also started to record the food I eat prior to exercise to see how this impacts my workout

  • Distance: 6km
  • Time: 43 mins 08 seconds
  • Food: Garlic baguette (yep, that was my dinner)

Pretty happy with this time and the 6km was getting easier, then last night these were the stats (I did tweet about this last night, but wanted to update the blog:

  • Distance: 6km
  • Time: 41 mins 04 seconds – BOOM! Look at that time
  • Food: Innocent veg pot (half price in Sainsbury’s at the moment)
  • Gym TV: Something with Sean Maguire in it?!
  • Music: Television, Television by OK Go

It wasn’t easy achieving that time, but I should be pushing myself, right?

Swimming tonight and then bed. I’m shattered.
