Sushi Day

Yesterday, thanks to GroupOn, me and Laura went to Sushi Day in the middle of nowhere Abercynon to learn how to make sushi. After initially feeling a little dubious due to the booking process being slightly confusing, we actually had a fantastic time.

We learned how to make california rolls, maki, futomaki, nigiri and these weird little ball things. We ate loads of sushi and we returned home with this, which is tomorrow’s dinner.

Pretty good for an evening’s work, huh?

Anyway, they deliver to Cardiff on a Friday for only £4 for a reasonably sized tray, so I think I might treat myself.
